This practice accepts the following insurance plans:​​

• Aetna

• Anthem/BCBS

• Cigna Evernorth

• Medicaid I CT Husky Plans

• Optum Network Plans: (Harvard Pilgrim, UHC, UMR, UBH, ConnectiCare, Clover)

• Out of Network

  • OON means that this practice does not bill your insurance company directly for services. This practice will provide you with an invoice to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Please contact your insurance provider or benefits coordinator to determine their OON policies and procedures. ​

 

Please be prepared to pay your copay, co-insurance rate, or deductible at each appointment. Please contact your insurance provider prior to our first appointment to determine the type of plan you have and patient fee responsibility.

Fees

​

For clients who are not utilizing insurance, the cost of the initial intake appointment is $175. On-going sessions are $125 per appointment.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice: $50 fee

No-Show appointments: cost of full session rate. For client's utilizing insurance, it will be the full rate contracted by your insurance company. Self-pay clients will be charged $125.

Payment methods accepted include cash, check, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and HSA/FSA cards.
