Self-Esteem

How you perceive yourself can have a profound affect on your day-to-day functioning. Low self-esteem can present itself in many ways: devaluing your opinions or accomplishments, difficulty setting boundaries, frequently apologizing, criticizing or blaming yourself, perfectionism, people pleasing, feeling self-conscious, or difficulties asserting yourself. We can work together to help improve mindfulness, address negative thought patterns, recognize your strengths, elicit self-forgiveness/acceptance, and create a self-care plan to improve your confidence.
